Booking & Cancellation Policy

● 50% Deposit is required to guarantee booking if date of service required is more than 30 days

● Balance is due 30 days prior to date of service required

● 100% Full Payment is due is services required is less than 30 days

● Foreign currency exchange charges may apply depending on your bank.

● Any booking cancelled 30 days prior to the date of service required receives a full refund less 5% processing fee.

● Any booking cancelled 29-16 days prior to the date of service required receives a 50% refund on deposit made less 5% processing fee.

● Any booking cancelled less than 15 days of service required is non-refundable.
